Richard W. Anderson III joined Leinart Law Firm in August of 2005. Richard concentrates his practice on consumer bankruptcies, particularly representing Debtors in Chapters 7 and 13. Richard is an active member of the Dallas Bankruptcy Bar.
Mr. Anderson grew up in East Dallas, and attended Bishop Lynch High school. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California in 2001, and his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University in 2004. While at SMU, Richard participated in a community service project at the Dallas District Attorney’s office.
In addition to his dedication to his work and clients, Mr. Anderson spends time with his family, and is a member at the Dallas Athletic Club in East Dallas, where he is an active member on multiple boards and committees.
